TagNav by iCCRAFT ("the App") is a Shopify application that lets merchants show different navigation menus to different customer groups based on Shopify customer tags. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and how it is protected.

Information We Collect

• Merchant data: Shopify store domain, access tokens required to operate the App, and rule configuration (which customer tag maps to which menu handle).
• Customer data: When a logged-in customer visits a storefront page containing the App's theme block, the storefront passes that customer's tags to the App in order to look up the matching menu. The App does not persist customer tags or identifiers — they are used in-memory for the duration of the request only.

How We Use Information

Merchant rules are stored to render the correct navigation menu. Customer tags passed at request time are used solely to look up the matching rule and are not stored.

Data Retention & Deletion

When you uninstall the App, all merchant data (rules, settings, session tokens) is deleted within 48 hours, in accordance with Shopify's data privacy requirements.
